Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship across India.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
  • Deliveries to remote or rural locations may require additional transit time.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details (where available).
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear supporting proof (photos or videos) is provided for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Consumable products (including honey, turmeric, and similar products).
  • Discounted, promotional, or sale items.

Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved and the returned product is received (if applicable), refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective product).

Replacements

  • Eligible products may be replaced based on stock availability.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
