Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Supporting proof (photos/videos) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Skincare and personal care items (lip tints, soaps, etc.)
- Consumables (honey, turmeric)
- Discounted or sale items
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Replacements
- Eligible items may be replaced based on stock availability
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
